Athanasios Stratos

Chairman & CEO

Mr. Athanasios Stratos is the Chief Customer Operations Officer of OTE Group. In addition, he holds the position of Chairman & CEO in COSMOTE eValue, GERMANOS and COSMOTE Technical Services. Being responsible for the key customer support channels (call centers, shops and field technicians), he has undertaken the implementation of a unified and integrated customer excellence strategy to ensure superior omni-channel customer experience. Mr. Stratos joined the OTE Group in 1998 and has since held several senior managerial positions, significantly contributing to the Group's growth and transformation. He has extensive experience in commercial operations, Sales and Customer Service in Telecommunications and Business Process Transformation & Outsourcing, having worked in large companies in Greece and Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada.
