Panos Tsiantoulas

Vice-president

Mr. Panos Tsiantoulas is Chief Human Resources Officer of OTE Group. He joined the Group in 2006, initially working in the Business Process Management Directorate. In 2010, he moved to the Human Resources division, progressively assuming significant leadership roles, including PMO to the Chief Human Resources Officer, HR Business Partner for Commercial Operations, and Senior Manager - Learning & Skills Management. In 2016, he took on an international role within the Telekom Group, overseeing Expert Qualification Management for Europe. From 2019 to 2024, he held the position of HR Business Partner for COSMOTE eValue. Before joining OTE Group, he worked in the Sales Department of a global leader in the alcoholic beverages industry. Mr. Panos Tsiantoulas holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia and an MSc in Operational Research from Lancaster University. Additionally, he holds a Diploma in Change Management from Henley Business School.
