1.   Introduction

• The société anonyme with the company name “COSMOTE TECHNICAL SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER S.A.” and the trade name «CTS» (TIN: 094222303, Tax Office: Commercial Companies (FAE) Athens, GEMI No 00584801000), with registered office in Nea Ionia, 245 Irakliou Ave. & 4 Agiou Vasiliou Street, 14231, hereinafter referred to as “CTS” or “Company”, has created and manages this website “WWW.C-TS.GR” (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) for the presentation of its business activities and the promotion of its products and services.

Use of the Website is governed by these general terms, which users are asked to read carefully, as use of the Website implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Any web pages or services on the Website that, in accordance with the law, are aimed exclusively at adults shall not be used by minors. The Company shall not be liable if, despite the above, minors, of their own accord, visit web pages or make use of services that may be considered unsuitable for them.

The Company is entitled to amend these terms at any time without notice by updating this text with any amendment or addition.

If any service on the Website that is regulated by separate terms of use, the latter are considered part of these terms but shall prevail over these where they regulate a given matter differently.

2.   Content – Liability

The Website is provided as is, without the possibility for amendments or other interventions by the user. The Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure that users browse the website securely and that accurate, complete, valid, reliable and up-to-date information is provided.

However, the Company makes no commitment, provides no guarantees nor assumes any responsibility with regard to the security and content of the Website. As such, users accept that they must assess the uploaded content and are responsible for any risk that the use of any content may entail, including any decision on their part to rely on the correctness, completeness, validity and/or usefulness of any content on the Website.

The Website may, inter alia, provide a link to third-party websites, which have full control over the content posted on them and consequently full (civil and criminal) liability for the security of their websites, the legality and validity of their content and services. The products, services and content of third parties, which may appear on the pages of the Website, are the intellectual and industrial property of third parties, who are responsible for remedying any claim arising from any infringement of the rights of other persons, such as, for example, intellectual or industrial property etc., expressly ruling out any liability of the Company for the content or security of these websites. Users acknowledge that the Company is not obliged or able to check the security and content of the websites and services of third parties that are linked to the Website. Users are obliged to address the providers of these websites directly regarding any questions or other issues related to their visit to and/or use of said websites, and to comply with their terms of use. The Company reserves the right to remove from the Website links to third-party websites at any time and at its discretion.

User Obligations

Apart from specific third-party rights (copyright and other), all content contained at any time on the Website (indicatively: trademarks, distinctive features, photographs, texts, announcements and in general all the posted files) is the intellectual and industrial property of CTS and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek, EU and international law. This content may not be in whole or in part traded, copied, modified, reproduced, retransmitted or transmitted or distributed in any manner by any user, in breach of these terms. Users are obliged to make lawful and appropriate use of the Website, complying with the legislation concerning the transmission of data from Greece to European Union Member States and third countries. As such, users agree that they will not use www.c-ts.gr to, inter alia:

• Cause harm to a minor.

• Transmit or access content that: i ) infringes any third-party rights (e.g. intellectual and industrial property), ii ) infringes the personality rights of third parties (e.g. slanderous, racist content), iii ) is contrary to the law and fair trade practices, iv ) in any way interferes with the privacy and personal and social rights of third parties.

• Mislead anyone as to the origin of the content of wwwc-ts.gr, harming, in any way, the reputation of the Company or third parties.

• Compromise the security of the Company’s network.

• Prevent any user from accessing the Website or enable them to circumvent authentication of their identity by CTS.

• Install or promote, in any way, any kind of unsolicited or unauthorised advertisement or spam, chain letters, pyramid systems or any other form of unsolicited marketing of content, or install and/or promote advertisements without the Company’s written consent.
   

• Install, promote and/or make available content containing viruses or any other electronic code, files or programs designed to interfere with, destroy or restrict the operation of any software or telecommunications equipment or prevent other users from using the Website.

               Disclose their own or third-party information containing personal data of users or third parties either in real-time conversations (chat, message boards) or during the use of any service on the Website that provides for communication between more than two users.

               Collect or store personal data relating to other users.

In case of use of the Website that is illegal or contrary to the present terms, users are obliged to compensate CTS for any loss it may suffer from this use.  Failure by the Company to exercise its rights under these terms shall not entail waiver of those rights.

3.   Registration

No registration is required in order to browse the Website.

4.   Availability & Security of the Network

• The Company is entitled to amend and/or temporarily or permanently interrupt all or part of the Website for maintenance or upgrading purposes or for any reason, with and/or without notice to users, and makes reasonable efforts to ensure its maintenance and availability. It does not, however, guarantee its uninterrupted availability, as it may be affected by the equipment of users, other communication networks, the large number of people trying to make use of the Website at the same time, or by other causes

• Users acknowledge and accept that the Company is not liable for any loss incurred by users due to use of the Website or inability of users to access it, cessation of all or parts thereof, delay, non-delivery, interruption or poor quality of reception of its services or loss of their content, existence of any kind of errors.
